Hugh Anderson is a specialist in the sales and leasing of commercial and industrial properties on the North Shore market. With over 8 years experience in the local market he has made it his job to give the highest standard of service possible. After completing a Diploma In Business Real Estate, Hugh joined LJ Hooker Bondi Junction as a Property Manager gaining invaluable experience in leasing and management .
In 2000 having a desire to move into sales, Hugh joined Taylor Nicholas as a sales and leasing consultant in their North shore office. During this time Hugh became one of the top fee earners in the company, later becoming an Associate Director.
In 2005 Hugh started Anderson International Pty Ltd, in order to capitalize on his well-built knowledge of the local commercial and Industrial market. During this time Hugh has completed over 350 sales / leasing transactions in the North Shore Market and is now recognized as one of the leaders in the North Shore market.
Leasing deals ranged from $18,000pa to $1.2M pa.
Sales deals range from $55,000 to $ 8 million.
In 2008 Hugh joined forces with one of the longest serving agents, Brad Sutton, in the North Shore commercial and industrial area to form Sutton Anderson Pty Ltd.
Brad was a Director and licencee in charge of Taylor Nicholas‘s (TN) North Shore office. Brad spent 18 years with TN.
Brad has worked with both private and public Vendors, Lessors and developers alike, throughout Sydney's lower north shore commercial industrial market over the past 18 years achieving excellent results in each case. This is evidenced by Brad winning DB RREEF’s (formerly the State Authorities Superannuation Board) prestigious Industrial Leasing Agent of the Year Award two (2) years running.
In 2006, Brad was also honoured with "Most Difficult Transaction of the Year" awarded by Stockland for selling 18 Rodborough Road Frenchs Forest for $7.9 million.
One of Brad's finest transactions was his coordination of the sale of the former ABC site at Gore Hill for $70 million.
Brad has negotiated many lease deals ranging in size from 200 sqm to 10,000 sqm in the following core markets:
John came into real estate with the intention to become one of the top agents in the North Shore market. Already John has negotiated numerous leases ranging from $18,000 up to $230,000 and a sales record that ranges from $380,000 to $1,200,000.
Previously John attended Macquarie University where he graduated with a Diploma in Business Administration. Furthermore, John went on to Sydney University where he graduated with and Advanced Diploma in Psychology. After his tertiary tuition, John entered the workforce at an IT firm where he negotiated sales of financial software from $20,000 up to $1.1 million in both the Australian and US Markets. After 2 years of this, John realised that his passion lay with real estate. At the start of 2008, John joined the Sutton Anderson team where he took on a sales and leasing role in the commercial and industrial sector.
In this short time, and very difficult market, John has proven himself to be an invaluable member of the team and the future looks bright.
