Hugh is a Licensed Real Estate Agent and has been actively selling Commercial and Industrial Property in Sydney for over 15 years.
A proven performer with over two billion dollars in transactions to date, Hugh began marketing and selling industrial and commercial property in Sydney in 2000.

In 2007 Hugh Anderson and Brad Sutton joined forces to create Sutton Anderson, an agency which is now the leading force in Commercial transactions on the city fringes. 

Hugh has worked with both private and public Vendors, Lessors and Developers alike, throughout Sydney's lower north shore commercial/ industrial market achieving excellent results and more importantly building trust and wealth for his clients.

Brad has been working in Commercial Property in Sydney for over 28 years. Before joining forces with Hugh Anderson to form Sutton Anderson some 10 years ago he was a director at TN, a leading Sydney Property Company for 18 years. Brad has worked with both private and public Vendors, Lessors and Developers alike, throughout Sydneys lower north shore commercial/ industrial market over the past 26 years achieving excellent results. Brad has a wealth of experience to offer his clients, something very unique in the marketplace for them to take advantage of. This is evidenced by Brad winning the DEXUS (formerly the State Authorities Superannuation Board) prestigious Industrial Leasing Agent of the Year Award two years running. In 2006, Brad was also honoured with Most Difficult Transaction of the Year and awarded by Stockland for selling 18 Rodborough Road Frenchs Forest. One of Brads finest transactions was his coordination of the sale of the former ABC site at Gore Hill for $70 million. In 2014 Brad was awarded the Lend Lease NSW Industrial agent of the year for leasing an 8500 sq metre industrial facility in Artarmon. Brad has negotiated many leases and sales for property ranging in size from 200 sqm to 10,000 sqm in the following core markets: North Ryde, Lane Cove, Artarmon, Chatswood, Frenchs Forest, St Leonards.

As the General Manager at Sutton Anderson, Ben specialises in the management of all Sutton Anderson’s accounts and transactions, the co-ordination of marketing campaigns, office administration and client liaison.

With over 12 years’ experience in the real estate industry and 9 as a Licensed Real Estate Agent, Ben has been exposed to every facet of the real estate industry and utilises all aspects of knowledge he has learnt over this time to ensure that our clients receive personal, prompt and effective responses to any query.

Coming from a Family of property professionals Todd is a natural people person. Todd graduated from St Andrews Cathedral School in 2008, and went on to study Property Economics at The Western Sydney University. 

With over 8 years’ experience in the Residential market, specialising in Property Management and Sales, Todd developed a particular interest in the Commercial Property Industry. Todd is a local resident, living in St Leonards. Living and working in the area for the past 5 years, he has developed a comprehensive understanding of the local market. With a strong interest in property he enjoys looking for and maximising potential investment opportunities and helping his clients achieve the best results.
