Brad has been working in Commercial Property in Sydney for over 28 years. Before joining forces with Hugh Anderson to form Sutton Anderson some 10 years ago he was a director at TN, a leading Sydney Property Company for 18 years. Brad has worked with both private and public Vendors, Lessors and Developers alike, throughout Sydneys lower north shore commercial/ industrial market over the past 26 years achieving excellent results. Brad has a wealth of experience to offer his clients, something very unique in the marketplace for them to take advantage of. This is evidenced by Brad winning the DEXUS (formerly the State Authorities Superannuation Board) prestigious Industrial Leasing Agent of the Year Award two years running. In 2006, Brad was also honoured with Most Difficult Transaction of the Year and awarded by Stockland for selling 18 Rodborough Road Frenchs Forest. One of Brads finest transactions was his coordination of the sale of the former ABC site at Gore Hill for $70 million. In 2014 Brad was awarded the Lend Lease NSW Industrial agent of the year for leasing an 8500 sq metre industrial facility in Artarmon. Brad has negotiated many leases and sales for property ranging in size from 200 sqm to 10,000 sqm in the following core markets: North Ryde, Lane Cove, Artarmon, Chatswood, Frenchs Forest, St Leonards.

As the General Manager at Sutton Anderson, Ben specialises in the management of all Sutton Anderson’s accounts and transactions, the co-ordination of marketing campaigns, office administration and client liaison.

With over 12 years’ experience in the real estate industry and 9 as a Licensed Real Estate Agent, Ben has been exposed to every facet of the real estate industry and utilises all aspects of knowledge he has learnt over this time to ensure that our clients receive personal, prompt and effective responses to any query.

Coming from a Family of property professionals Todd is a natural people person. Todd graduated from St Andrews Cathedral School in 2008, and went on to study Property Economics at The Western Sydney University. 

With over 8 years’ experience in the Residential market, specialising in Property Management and Sales, Todd developed a particular interest in the Commercial Property Industry. Todd is a local resident, living in St Leonards. Living and working in the area for the past 5 years, he has developed a comprehensive understanding of the local market. With a strong interest in property he enjoys looking for and maximising potential investment opportunities and helping his clients achieve the best results.

Young and enthusiastic, Todd has an endless desire to exceed his previous results and client’s expectations. 

 Coming from a Real Estate Family, Matthew prides himself on his professionalism and communication to owners, buyers and potential tenants. 

Jo has a wealth of knowledge and experience in real estate, having worked in the real estate industry for 30 years.

Her main focus has been in property management, both residential and commercial. Being a long term resident of the lower north shore, her knowledge of the area is extensive.

Jo had been involved in the running of her own real estate business with her husband until 2005. Since that time her passion for real estate has remained, working in property management in the local area.

Jo’s professional approach and high attention to detail ensures that all aspects of her portfolio are consistently achieved.

Friendly, capable and organised, Robyn is a diligent and enthusiastic Property Manager with more than 25 years experience in the real estate industry.  

Robyn is focused on providing outstanding service to make sure a landlord’s investment is handled with the highest level of care.  Robyn ensures that all tasks are handled efficiently and deals with people with the utmost integrity.

With qualities such as drive, passion and enthusiasm at his core, Jack makes a superb property professional with a strong passion to constantly further develop his career and knowledge of the real estate market. He plays a key role in our property management division by offering excellent customer service to our clients.

Amy has been a Communications and Marketing Manager within the fast-paced industry of commercial and residential real estate for over 10 years.  She gained a passion for the industry from her father who owned and operated a commercial real estate agency in Queensland.

Areas of expertise include strategic campaign development and execution, advanced written and verbal communication, web & print content development / design, and social media marketing.

Tech savvy and results driven, she keeps abreast of the latest marketing trends and works to successfully deliver an organisation's strategic communications and marketing objectives across multi channels.

Amy is also a registered Assistant Agent.
